Westchester youngsters with emotional challenges who need inpatient care are served by several kinds of facilities:

• Community hospitals with psychiatric inpatient units
• Private hospitals providing only psychiatric services
• Rockland Children’s Psychiatric Center, a New York State facility in Rockland County
